How to add cancellation reasons
1. Go to Settings > Features choices and tick the Dashboard - Settings - Booking - Cancellation reasons box.
2. Click Update settings at the bottom of the page.
3. Then go to Settings > Bookings > Cancellation reasons > Add cancellation reason.
4. Enter a new reason and click Update cancellation reason.
This will then be added to your cancellation reasons template next time you go to cancel a booking.
