What is a mandatory note entry?

If this setting is turned on notes are required to be added to a booking.

1. Go to Settings > Activities > Click on an activity to open it up. 

2. Scroll down to the Notes green cross symbol. 

3. Set the Mandatory note entry option to Yes.
