How to change the number of standby places for an activity
If a cancellation occurs from the standard allocation or the capacity of a session is increased, a customer on a standby list with be promoted automatically and notified via email if you have configured your messaging settings to do so.
1. Go to Settings > Activities and click on an activity to open it up.
2. Scroll down the page and click on the Standby places green cross symbol.
3. Set the default number of reserve bookings that can be made for each activity session after the initial allocation has been exhausted..
4. Once you have finished, click Update activity at the bottom of the page.
5. Then go to Settings > Scheduling and click on your activity schedule.
6. Click on the Standby places green cross symbol and configure these settings. Then click Update activity schedule at the bottom of the page.
