How to change the display options of an activity

1. Go to Settings > Activities and click on the activity you are looking for.

2. Scroll down and click on the Display options green cross symbol. Alternatively, you can find these options when adding a new activity.

You can then makes changes to the following display options:

Display reduced session details - show a reduced amount of details in the calendar information pop-up.
Display percentage threshold (%) - The percentage of bookings made at which point the number of participants and places available will be displayed. If there are more spaces available than this percentage, it will not show the exact number of spaces available.
Enable add to basket option 
Enable add & modify option 
Icon - this icon will be displayed on the calendar.
Colour code - this colour will be used as the background for the icon on the calendar.

3. Click Update activity.
