How to add optional extras

Optional extras are products or services that can be purchased with an activity at the time of booking.

Examples: Tennis raquet hire, wetstuits, 1-1 support.

1. Go to Settings > Activities > Optional extras > Add optional extra.

2. Enter the details required and click Update optional extra.

3. Then go to Settings > Activities and click on the activity you wish to add an optional extra to.

4. Scroll down and click on the Optional extra availabilty green cross symbol.

5. Set which optional extras you want to allow for this activity and then click Update activity.

6. Go to Settings > Scheduling and open up the particular activity schedule you want to add optional extras to.

7. Click on the Optional extra availability green cross symbol and set the quantity (stock), maximum (per booking) and minimum (per booking, if applicable).

8. Click Update activity schedule.
