How to add all your instructors' details

Go to Settings > Activities > Instructors.

Click Add Instructor and enter all the details for each instructor. The email address will be used to send each instructor their weekly diary.

Click Update instructor.

The details of your newly added instructor should now be displayed in the Instructor section of the dashboard.
